1. Services (Consulting, Coaching, Memberships, Digital Courses)

Cancellations (One-Time Services):

If you wish to cancel a booked service (such as a consultation or coaching session), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

Memberships & Subscriptions:

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) can be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at 📧 info@purplefortitude.com

When canceled, access will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

Digital Courses & Programs:

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem promptly.

2. Products (Books, Merchandise, Physical Items)

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Returns & Refunds:

If you are not fully satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.
